GCS Promotes Talent Development in Partnership with UPM’s School of Civil Engineering

During his meeting with students, Juan Santamaría, CEO of GCS, emphasized that the company’s evolution toward new strategic sectors—such as data centers, nuclear energy, semiconductors, batteries, defense, critical minerals, and new forms of mobility—requires multidisciplinary professionals capable of understanding and managing interconnected, highly complex projects.

This agreement opens the door to a pioneering educational ecosystem focused on Artificial Intelligence and designed to integrate theory, practice, and innovation from the earliest stages of university education. Its goal: to accelerate learning and professional experience for the next generation of engineers.
